Note: While in transport, it is very important to restrain the tank by using a seatbelt.

1. Open the tank by loosening the black knob on top. This will begin the flow of helium.

2. Place mouth of balloon on blue nozzle, tilt nozzle to fill balloon.

3. Tighten black knob on top before transporting.
Note: Be very careful not to overfill Mylar balloons.
DO NOT inhale Helium! Very Dangerous!
